Day 2 Booty Day!!

Booty Workout

Yesterday we did well with keeping our nutrition spot on. We both ate the containers we were allowed and spaced out our nutrition through out the day. Eric took at packed lunch to work. 

Here are examples of a couple of meals we had. For dinner we had turkey kielbasa and potatoes and green beans. Then our after workout meal we had turkey sausages and more potatoes and green beans. 



The workout was 60 mins of booty. I'm not going to lie, the workout was intense but we both enjoyed it. I know my muscles were cramping up towards the end of the ones where we laid down and did leg lifts with the bands on but I made it through.
